I have had 3 tapping sessions with Kim. After the first session I can honestly say I felt lighter. Yes that’s how my inner self felt lighter. We touched on the fact that I was having sleep issues. I'd go to bed around 10:00 then I would be up between 2:00 and 3:00 am. I’m not lying when I say I slept better that night and now weeks later I sleep through the night 80% of the time. In our second session I dug deep into the trauma I had been clinging to since the sudden death of my son in 2020. I expressed pain and anger that was suffocating me to the core. At the end of our session Kim taught me some things to put in my toolbox. During that week I revisited things we had spoken about and I tapped a lot. Throughout the week I began to see and feel things differently and I was able to think of things without sending myself into a complete anxiety attack. Was I cured NO but let’s be honest is anyone ever cured of trauma or the loss of a child. But I'm dealing with it and not letting it overtake my life.
